NFL OFF-SEASON/LOCK OUT TRAINING !!!!!!

This summer we had the plessure of training one of the NFL most complete running back, Lesean "Shady" McCoy, along with Curtis "Boonah" Brinkley, Jameel McClain, Dom Curry, Eldridge Buckley. The training was focusing on preparing the guys for a short NFL camp and to be more explosive in and out of their cuts along with change of direction with minimal deceleration in SPEED. Shady has gotten off to a great start at the beginning of the season and we're looking for more great things this season. Cant leave out the others players Jameel McClain again has claimed a starting position with the Ravens next to the soon Hall of Frame Ray Lewis. Dom Curry and Curtis Brinkley are performing well for the teams Rams, Chargers!!!

Just wanted to say congratulations to Desmon Peoples for committing to Rutgers Univ. on a Football Scholarship. We've been training Desmon for 3yrs. and each season he's getting better and better. This year we're looking for an Outstanding season and a trip San Antonio in January 2012. Also, his cousin Brandon Peoples for receiving an offer from Temple Univ., he to has been training with us for 3yrs. We're looking for a breakout season for him as well. Both of these athlete's are well manner and polite, with good character and come from a good strong family background.
